NACs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei einer Luxation handelt es sich um eine abnormale Verschiebung eines Knochens, der teilweise oder vollst\u00e4ndig aus seinem Gelenkfach heraustritt. Obwohl traumatische Ursachen am h\u00e4ufigsten genannt werden, gibt es auch angeborene oder erbliche Luxationen oder Subluxationen, wie z.B. bei H\u00fcftdysplasie oder Patellaluxation.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei einer vollst\u00e4ndigen Luxation ist die Behinderung erheblich, da diese Anomalie die normalen Bewegungen verhindert und Schmerzen verursacht. Bei einer unvollst\u00e4ndigen Luxation oder Subluxation f\u00fchrt die abnormale Reibung von Oberfl\u00e4chen, die nicht f\u00fcr den Kontakt vorgesehen sind, w\u00e4hrend der Bewegung zu Knorpelverschlei\u00df, Entz\u00fcndungen und Schmerzen. Dies f\u00fchrt auch zu einer Form von Behinderung f\u00fcr das Tier.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-left-line has-custom-secondaire-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c25af5a1278d0b1d7ee4fd7a1b2389cd\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">Traumatisch bedingte Luxationen  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Schweregrad der Luxation h\u00e4ngt von ihrer Ursache ab. Traumatische Luxationen sind immer schwerwiegend, da sie zu einer erheblichen Besch\u00e4digung der Haltevorrichtungen f\u00fchren, d.h. der anatomischen Strukturen, die das Gelenk in Position halten. Hierbei handelt es sich um Sehnen, B\u00e4nder, Muskeln und die Gelenkkapsel. Diese Sch\u00e4den k\u00f6nnen irreversibel sein und es k\u00f6nnen trotz der Behandlung Folgesch\u00e4den zur\u00fcckbleiben.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Behandlung dieser Luxationen ist dringend und sollte idealerweise innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach dem Trauma begonnen werden, wenn dies m\u00f6glich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Technisch gesehen k\u00f6nnen diese Verletzungen alle Gelenke eines Gliedes betreffen, aber auch die Wirbel, den Kiefer, die Beckenknochen ....<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In seltenen F\u00e4llen kann die Reposition durch Manipulationen verringert und durch Schienen stabilisiert werden. H\u00e4ufig ist jedoch eine Operation die bevorzugte Behandlungsmethode.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fe9cc265 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verrenkungen der Kniescheibe  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kniescheibe ist ein kleiner beweglicher Knochen, der sich in der Verl\u00e4ngerung des Quadrizeps des Oberschenkels befindet. Sie gleitet auf dem Oberschenkelknochen w\u00e4hrend der Streck- und Beugebewegungen des Knies. Die Patella gleitet nat\u00fcrlich in einer einzigen Achse, aber es kann vorkommen, dass die Kniescheibe aus ihrem Sitz herausrutscht und sich auf der Innen- oder Au\u00dfenseite des Knies befindet. Diese Position ist nat\u00fcrlich anormal und verursacht dem Tier Unbehagen und manchmal auch Schmerzen. Diese Luxation kann je nach Schweregrad gelegentlich, intermittierend oder permanent auftreten. Diese Anomalie tritt vor allem bei kleinen Hunden auf, gelegentlich auch bei gr\u00f6\u00dferen Hunden und selten bei Katzen und Kaninchen. Die am h\u00e4ufigsten vertretenen Rassen sind Yorkshire Terrier, Chihuahua, Bichon Fris\u00e9, Pomeranian Loulou, Pudel, Cavalier King Charles, Zwergpinscher...      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-left-line has-custom-secondaire-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3a894f6ef9fa218e311a9824883a1cd7\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">Es werden verschiedene Stadien beschrieben:  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stadium 1 <\/strong>: Die Patella verschiebt sich, wenn man versucht, sie zu entfernen. Lahmheiten sind selten. Die Kniescheibe nimmt auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise ihre Position ein.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stadium 2<\/strong>: Die Patella luxiert spontan und intermittierend. Wenn die Patella wieder eingesetzt wird, bleibt sie in Position, wenn das Knie unbeweglich ist.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stadium 3<\/strong>: Die Kniescheibe ist dauerhaft luxiert. Es ist m\u00f6glich, die Kniescheibe wieder einzurenken, aber sie luxiert sofort wieder.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stadium 4<\/strong>: Die Kniescheibe ist dauerhaft luxiert und kann nicht wieder eingerenkt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Stadien 3 und 4 erfordern eine chirurgische Korrektur<\/strong>. (Link zur Seite Chirurgie der Patellaluxation)   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fe9cc265 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schulterluxation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Schulterluxation ist eine abnormale Bewegung des Schultergelenks, das sich teilweise ausrenkt. Sie ist ein Zeichen f\u00fcr eine Instabilit\u00e4t zwischen dem Schulterblatt und dem Oberarmknochen, die angeboren, traumatisch oder durch Abnutzung des Gelenks im Laufe der Zeit verursacht sein kann. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Instabilit\u00e4t f\u00fchrt zu einer abnormalen Abnutzung der Gelenkfl\u00e4chen und zu einer abnormalen Belastung der Muskeln und Sehnen der Schulter. Es kommt zu Entz\u00fcndungen und Schmerzen, die sich in einer Lahmheit der betroffenen Vordergliedma\u00dfe \u00e4u\u00dfern, die zun\u00e4chst gelegentlich und dann immer h\u00e4ufiger auftritt, je nachdem, wie sich diese Anomalie entwickelt. Im Laufe der Zeit entwickelt sich eine irreversible Arthrose. In fortgeschrittenen F\u00e4llen kommt es zu einem Muskelschwund in der Schulter.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Anomalie betrifft sowohl kleine als auch gro\u00dfe Hunde. Einige Rassen sind mehr als andere von angeborenen Instabilit\u00e4ten der Schulter betroffen, wie z.B. Pinsler, Pudel, Pommersche Loulous, Chihuahuas, Lhasa Apsos, Cavalier King Charles ...   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fe9cc265 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie kann ich feststellen, ob mein Hund an einer Instabilit\u00e4t der Schulter leidet?  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Ihr Hund gelegentlich, zeitweise oder dauerhaft an einer seiner Vordergliedma\u00dfen lahmt, kann er an einer Instabilit\u00e4t der Schulter leiden. In diesem Fall ist es wichtig, dass Sie Ihren Hund von Ihrem Tierarzt untersuchen lassen. Die Schulter Ihres Hundes sollte manipuliert werden, um festzustellen, ob der Bewegungsumfang des Gelenks normal ist. Die am h\u00e4ufigsten auftretende Instabilit\u00e4t ist im medialen (inneren) Teil des Gelenks zu finden.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine R\u00f6ntgenuntersuchung wird oft empfohlen, um das Vorhandensein von Arthrose in diesem Gelenk zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, was normalerweise auf ein \u00e4lteres Problem hindeutet. Sie k\u00f6nnen auch auf andere Anomalien in diesem Gelenk untersucht werden, die nicht mit einer Instabilit\u00e4t oder Luxation in Verbindung stehen.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Arthroskopie ist ebenfalls eine interessante Untersuchung zur Beurteilung dieses Gelenks. Sie erm\u00f6glicht die Darstellung der B\u00e4nder (glenohumeral medial) und die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung ihres Zustands. Au\u00dferdem kann der Zustand der Gelenkknorpel und das Vorhandensein von Arthrose \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden, was einen prognostischen Wert hat.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fe9cc265 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie wird die Schulterluxation meines Hundes behandelt?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die ideale Behandlung ist chirurgisch. Sie zielt darauf ab, die Instabilit\u00e4t zu korrigieren, indem bestimmte Sehnen verwendet werden, bestimmte B\u00e4nder verk\u00fcrzt werden, Prothesen verwendet werden ...
