{"id":8507,"date":"2025-03-13T11:50:25","date_gmt":"2025-03-13T09:50:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/fallstudie-otitis\/"},"modified":"2025-07-17T10:13:13","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T08:13:13","slug":"fallstudie-otitis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/de\/fallstudie-otitis\/","title":{"rendered":"Fallstudie: Otitis"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Anamnese :<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Der Hund wurde wegen Gleichgewichtsst\u00f6rungen, einem nach rechts geneigten Kopf, Ptyalismus, Empfindlichkeit der Ohren und horizontalem Nystagmus in Ruhe vorgestellt.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>MRI-Sequenzen :<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Die rechte Tympanonblase ist mit heterogenem hyperintensem Material in der T2-Wichtung gef\u00fcllt (<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-tertiaire-color\">Pfeil<\/mark><\/strong>), hypointensiv in T1 ().<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ff6900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Pfeil<\/mark><\/strong>) und zeigt keine Erh\u00f6hung nach Kontrastmittelinjektion mit Ausnahme der Epithelregion.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Eine Hyperintensit\u00e4t (<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-vert-fonc-color\">Pfeil<\/mark><\/strong>) ist ventral an der Tympanonblase zu sehen, die sich \u00fcber die langen Muskeln des Kopfes bis zur Peripherie des M. pterygoideus medialis und des M. digastricus in der T2-Gewichtung erstreckt. Diese Hyperintensit\u00e4t\u0301 breitet sich aus und f\u00fchrt zu einem diskreten Masseneffekt auf den Nasopharynx. <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-d0b3c9c8 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"710\" height=\"742\" src=\"https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/trans-t1-irm-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4535\" style=\"width:386px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/trans-t1-irm-1.png 710w, https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/trans-t1-irm-1-287x300.png 287w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 710px) 100vw, 710px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"779\" height=\"728\" src=\"https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/trans-t2-irm.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4537\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/trans-t2-irm.png 779w, https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/trans-t2-irm-300x280.png 300w, https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/trans-t2-irm-768x718.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 779px) 100vw, 779px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Gr\u00f6\u00dfere, schlecht definierte Erh\u00f6hung der hyperintensiven L\u00e4sion (<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#fcb900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Pfeil<\/mark><\/strong>) nach der Gadolinium-Injektion.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-d0b3c9c8 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"627\" height=\"728\" src=\"https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/trans-t1-gado.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4539\" style=\"width:357px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/trans-t1-gado.png 627w, https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/trans-t1-gado-258x300.png 258w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 627px) 100vw, 627px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Schlussfolgerung<\/u>:  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Es wurden Anzeichen einer Otitis media rechts und einer Otitis interna festgestellt.
