This equipment is specially maintained and disinfected to avoid the risk of contamination or complications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Animals are prepared under tranquilization or anesthesia when their condition so requires. To this end, several gas anesthesia stations are available in the preparation room. These devices ensure quality anesthesia and limit the risks involved.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fe9cc265 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Equipment sterilization  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All surgical equipment undergoes a cleaning and sterilization process equivalent to that used in hospital operating theatres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The AgoraVet clinic is equipped with several cleaning devices: automatic washer, ultrasonic tanks, soaking tanks, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The equipment is then sterilized in class B autoclaves before being stored in the blocks. It can be used to check the placement of implants such as tracheal stents, SUB (subcutaneous ureteral bypass) and other interventional radiology techniques.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tissue fusion<\/strong>: a device for fusing blood vessels in order to obliterate them. A very small camera is inserted into a joint, enabling direct examination and certain treatments.
