class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Call the clinic directly.<\/strong> A <a href=\"https:\/\/refere.cvh-r.fr\/\">direct veterinary line<\/a> is available to referring veterinarians. This number must not be passed on to your pet owners.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fill in <\/strong>a paper <a href=\"https:\/\/cvh-r.fr\/uploads\/documentpriseencharge.pdf\">liaison form<\/a> and give it to the owner of the animal you are entrusting us with. It can be downloaded from the Agoravet.fr website. A block of printed sheets (scheduler type) can also be sent to you on request.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fill in<\/strong> the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agoravet.fr\/en\/contact-us\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"382\">online form<\/a>. You can attach various documents, such as your medical history or the results of any tests you have already undergone. We will receive your request directly.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send us your request by e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:contact@agoravet.fr\">contact@agoravet.fr.<\/a> In this case, please enclose any additional examination results, even if normal (e.g. X-rays, blood test results, histological analysis results, etc.).   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-checked\">An internal medicine and ultrasound service is available.
