The study consists of several series of MRCP-weighted 3D lava images of the abdomen before and after contrast injection (arterial, portal and venous phase), as well as T2 Fat-Sat weighted images in transverse and dorsal sections. The liver is slightly enlarged, with rounded contours. The parenchyma is homogeneous. No biliary tract lesions were identified. The gallbladder is correctly distended. Very small subtraction images are identified in the downstream part of the gallbladder. Hypointense material on T2 Fat-Sat weighting is identified in the downstream part, while the rest of the gallbladder is filled by hyperintense material (arrows<\/mark><\/strong>). <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n
The pancreatic parenchyma is homogeneous on all sections. There are no visible parenchymal lesions or abnormal dilatation of the pancreatic duct (arrows<\/mark><\/strong>). <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n
In the spleen, several nodular lesions measuring up to 12 mm in width are observed, particularly in the head, body and tail of the spleen. These lesions are heterogeneous in T2 Fat-Sat weighting, with a hypointense, irregular center, particularly for the lesion located in the head (arrows<\/mark><\/strong>). <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n

Multiple small round hyperintense T2 Fat-Sat-weighted lesions are identified within the cortex of both kidneys, measuring approximately 3 to 4 mm in diameter. The contour of both kidneys is irregular (arrows<\/mark><\/strong>). <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n

Conclusion<\/u><\/strong> : <\/strong> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
Partly sloping biliary sludge and suspicion of small non-obstructive stones). No significant pancreatic lesion identified on abdominal magnetic resonance imaging. Non-specific splenic masses: hyperplastic processes? Extramedullary hematopoiesis? Incipient tumor lesion? . Signs of chronic kidney disease with cortical cysts.
