🐾 Your Responsibilities
As part of our team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcome and assist homeowners upon their arrival.
- Handle phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Create and maintain patients’ administrative records.
- Serve as a liaison between pet owners, primary care veterinarians, and the clinic’s various departments.
- Prepare administrative documents related to consultations, examinations, and hospitalizations.
- Help ensure the smooth flow of information within the organization.
