How it works
Consultations
Consultations allow you to :
- Know the animal's medical history. To do this, it's important to bring along a complete medical file, including all results of examinations already carried out.
- Find out about living conditions and define the impact of the environment on the suspected disease.
- Perform a complete clinical examination and record all symptoms of the disease
- Draw up a list of tests to assess the animal's condition and arrive at a diagnosis where possible.
- Implement appropriate treatments where necessary
- Establish comprehensive care with the support of other services such as imaging and surgery.
Care and maintenance
Coverage is only provided at the request of the attending veterinarian.
Consultations by appointment Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
We recommend that you leave your pet fasting before any consultation.
A care contract is systematically drawn up by reception staff. It specifies the nature of the care required and provides an estimate of the cost of the service. As the care of hospitalized animals depends on their condition, the costs inherent in their care are updated daily.
In the event of hospitalization, news is sent daily, and in the event of long-term hospitalization, visits can be arranged.
A report is systematically forwarded to the attending veterinarian for follow-up.
