How it works
Consultations
- Consultations are held Monday to Friday by appointment.
- It is important to prepare for the consultation by following certain recommendations, depending on the species. You can find this information by clicking here
- Poisonous animals are not admitted for consultation.
Care and maintenance
When recommended by the attending veterinarian, a report is systematically transferred to AgoraVet at the end of the treatment, together with the results of the examinations carried out.
Unlike other species, NACs must not be put on an empty stomach.
In the event of hospitalization, news is sent daily. Visits are possible under certain conditions in the event of long-term hospitalization. A statement of expenses incurred is also drawn up in the event of long-term hospitalization.

When should you consult NAC?
There are many situations that should prompt a consultation. As a general rule, any change in the animal's behavior should prompt a consultation.
For your rabbits and rodents:
- In the event of transit stoppage
- In case of breathing difficulties
- In case of dental anomalies or difficulty eating
- In the event of dental disease
For your ferrets:
- in case of weight loss
- in case of diarrhea or vomiting
- in case of cough
- in case of weakness, loss of form
For your birds:
- for all breathing difficulties
- In case of anorexia or regurgitation
- In the event of an accident
- When they pluck their feathers
For your reptiles :
- to prepare your turtles for hibernation
- If you have difficulty eating
- In the event of an accident
